Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Reps mobile application ("App" or "Service").

By using Reps, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Acceptance and Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms. We'll notify you of material changes with at least 30 days' notice.

Account and Subscription

Creating an Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscription

Reps requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual).

  • Payment is charged through the App Store or Google Play at purchase confirmation

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings

  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies

Your Content and Data

You own all workout data, notes, and content you create in Reps. By using the Service, you give us permission to store and process your content to provide the App's features.

You're responsible for your content. Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others' rights.

Data Export and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by navigating to your account settings, and going through the account deletion process.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Reps is not medical advice.

  • The App is a workout tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice

  • Consult with a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program

  • Exercise carries inherent risks of injury or death

  • You use the App and participate in physical activities at your own risk

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, HEALTH PROBLEMS, OR OTHER ISSUES THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES OR USE OF THE APP.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App (except your personal workout data) is owned by Reps and protected by copyright and trademark laws. This includes:

  • The app design, features, and code

  • Exercise animations and demonstrations

  • Logos and branding

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose

  • Harass or harm other users

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

  • Attempt to access other users' accounts

  • Use bots or automated tools to access the Service

  • Reverse engineer or copy the App

  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The App will always work perfectly or be error-free

  • Your data will never be lost (though we do our best to protect it)

  • The App will meet all your needs

  • Any bugs will be fixed

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Any injuries, death, or health problems from your physical activities

  • Lost data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Any damages beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater)

This includes damages from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App

  • Errors or bugs in the App

  • Data loss or security breaches

  • Third-party actions or content

Some jurisdictions don't allow these liability limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Termination

Your Rights

You can stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account.

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violating these Terms

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Any other reason at our discretion

When your account is terminated, you lose access to the Service and your subscription ends (no refunds for partial periods).

General Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. law.

No Waiver

If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, that doesn't mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between us.

Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and Reps, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or any issues with it.
